Clay

Clay Mering is a Registered Architect and LEED Accredited Professional dedicated to environmentally
responsible and sustainable architecture. He has been actively involved with the Construction
Specifications Institute (CSI) and the development of other new "green" construction materials,
keeping his focus on durable and cost effective applications. Clay provides environmental advocacy
and leadershipischitectural arm of Seventh Generation Studios.

Clay's 17 years of architectural experience includes community centers, libraries, educational, and
justice facilities. He remains at the forefront of architectural technology, with a thorough knowledge
of BIM (Building Information Modeling) and Revit (three-dimensional design software). Clay provides
cost estimating and specification development for the Seventh Generation team.
